I felt like crap today (and for the past few days)  and went to the Dr. and was told i had a sinus infection.....so i went to get a nettie pot to clear my sinuses..... i has seen Dr. oz on ophra show it as something that makes u feel better if u have sinus problems.... so hell what is there to lose???  here is a video of a girl that has the same

tilt your head so it comes out and breath through your mouth :)

I don't know if I could do it. I need noseplugs when I go swimming because I can't keep the water from going up my nose and down my throat.
