I stopped my fast at 72 hours and had a salad, mainly because we were meant to be going out to the Funky Munky but partly because Tom was coming over on Sunday and it sounds strange, but I like eating with him? 71 hours in. I'm contemplating having a salad when it gets to 72 [three days], but I don't know. I feel like I've come far to get to this point. I feel good, but a little weak. So, 64 hours in now. I woke up feeling okay, although I had really restless sleep. But having a shower made me feel really dizzy. I think I slacked on drinking water yesterday, which could explain why I'm feel so much worse. I drank loads on the first day, so I will have to drink more today. Hunger kicked in, which I could deal with. But then like, dizziness much worse than I normally have kicked in. So I had a glass of juice. I feel like such a cheat. Must. Keep. Going. Five illustrations to go!!

Edit: Woohoo, just hit the 48 hour mark! Doing this makes it seem ridiculous how I'd normally eat two or three times a day :S

I am forty two hours into my fast, I only really felt hungry last night when I was going to sleep, but other than that the only reason why I've wanted to eat is out of boredom... which is such a bad habit anyway, so hopefully this fast will break it.
