Who knew Target Greatlands wasn't a 24 hour thing? I never thought I'd say it, but I wish there were a SuperCenter closer to my house.
Hell has officially frozen over in 105 degree heat. -

Well, I had a trial last week. We had one deaf venireperson. They all got sworn in, all but the interpreters. Interpreters go back with panel, and it gets notices just as we're doing strikes for cause. I don't think it's big deal, just get them out here, swear them in, ask what happened back in the jury room, and as long as no harm, no foul ( Read more... )
