ive been up since 5am and have been going nonstop since then. its almost 8:30 now. im way too tired to run or do any exercise tonight. i think im going to wake up an hour early and exercise then go to that step aerobics class tonight. i wish it was more than 1 day a week. oh well at least im looking forward to it. so 3-5 lbs in 9 days.
