Lost another pound since yesterday! But im getting scared becuase I havent went to the bathroom in days naturally and I think im stopped up, I have to take some laxatives and hopefully not only I would go the the bathroom but also lose a bit more weight, which seems to happen when I do take laxatives. Sorry for the late response, my laptop is broken and I have to borrow my cousins until I get a new one. Yeah, I do appreciate their concern and its nice to know that they are their to help when I need it, its just that I think im not in any danger at this point or that I need the help. I still have a ways to go until I feel satisfied with myself and that matter.

I get feel yah, these things are never pretty. Thanks for the warning about it.

Yeah I dont always tell them whats going on it would be nice to keep somethings in the open.

lol, Ive been pretty hefty my whole adolescences too and I think my family has gotten used to me being bigger so when I did start losing weight they didn't like it and found it bad in a way even though it was better than when I was at my heaviest weights.
