Weighing in on next sunday

My plan is to try to not weigh myself for at least a week now so I dont become to paranoid about my weight. I do admit I feel a bit better this way than normal, but im afraid I will just maintain or worse gain weight because I'm not sure at this point how big I am. I feel you on not checking your weight because sometimes I get discouraged by the number. I want to wait also.

Its kinda relieving once you get passed the anxious part. :P

I think theres more good in waiting to check your weight because trying to be more patient with yourself and when you do weigh in there's a better chance the number will be lower than if you were checking your weight every day.
