allowing every square inch of the world to constantly morph and change my mind and perception is like waking up in a new town every day. that sounds lame but its such an incredibly beautiful thing and I'm so grateful that the mind is capable of such a feat. every time I go to do something or run into a situation that I havent been in in some amount ( Read more... )

It's amazing how different everything can be based on your mindset. If you get annoyed at a person, maybe it's not because they were being annoying, maybe it was just because you were in an irritable mindset. Maybe if you were in an open-minded mindset, you wouldn't see the annoyances and that would have a hugely different effect on you. How you view EVERYTHING is all just based on what your mindset is at the time. Which seems like it's a really entropic thing, but also amazing because even if you lived through the same situations, they would be drastically different the second time through.

exactly, and once you realize just how much your mindset actually controls i feel like you have such a better understanding of so many things and of other people and yourself. it kind of keeps things in check sometimes because you realize the....hmm i don't know if i have a word for it..like circumstantiality of everything (i didn't think that was actually a word but i just looked it up and it is) i feel like you would've known what i meant anyway. but yeah there's that and also like what i said it makes life more exciting to me because you can take every individual experience for what it is and how it felt, and suddenly things don't seem monotonous because even after doing the same thing a bunch of times if you're thinking of things differently it can be so different. you can feel new feelings and learn new things

well it's not just realizing it that gives you a better understanding, but actually remembering as often as you can that it works like it. Realizing a problem isn't gonna fix it, it's sticking by that fact that helps you. So don't let what you realized drift into your subconscious. It'll be like you never learned it :/

And I can't wait til you trip ahaha

oh no no I know, that's part of having any involvement and grasp on your consciousness, you have to constantly be aware. I was just sayin that theres a distinct difference in the level of your consciousness before you come to realize the power of your mind and after you do and start to explore what its capable of. like personally I think I was literally operating within a lower level of consciousness at earlier points in my life, like when a was a kid, and since my mind is constantly renewing itself I think that my level of consciousness is higher now than if was even a few months ago. I can't wait to trip hahah I know its gunna be redonkulous, ahh its gunna be glorious it just needs to get a little bit warmer outside
