So there is an election coming up in our fine Purple Nation district and since the current board members are not running for re-election and the whole school closings has created such reaction among the citizens that I have decided to run for a spot myself. As you may read, you have my vote. I believe that you're the only that realizes the sacrifices the school board has made. I'm hoping the views you have will help me and the rest of the school board with our difficult decisions.

So far you have my vote. I do hope you can change the minds of the school board and parents to have both sides close some schools not just the south side.

Good luck....being on the school is hard because it seems like every decision we make someone is going to have a opposing side.

If you fight to balance out the closing of the schools from the north and the south and keep one school in the middle open, i'm pretty sure you would have a good chance in winning!

You may not be able to keep these schools open. The district is in a budget crisis and cuts have to be made. The cuts won't always be fair but its better then not having public schools at all. I just hope you will be open-minded and able to handle what ever happens if your elected to the board.
