Its a girl....and a miracle
Sorry it has taken so long to post, I have had a few major events in life. First off, I had Mary Elizabeth Parks at 506 PM on Dec 20th. She was 9 pounds 6 ounces, and 21 inches long. I went into hospital on the morning of the 20th in labor. I labored all day and was dilating like I was supposed to. Also I had preeclampsia and had to be put on IV ( Read more... ) -

Confirmed early preeclampsia. My blood pressure is stable, but if I get any blurred vision or headaches I have to call doc. Also Have another apt. on friday. 24 hour urine test was very abnormal and blood tests too. But so far it is better to leave baby in, and closely monitor me. Will keep everyone updated -

Off for another week, doctors orders. Sucks. I am going to be so behind on bills. The Insurance adjuster hasnt even come to see damage to our car. I am hoping that the settlement will be enough to fix car, pay wages lost, and cover my hospital bill. Baby is doing fine, but doc was worried that if i ns went back too soon, contractions would start ( Read more... ) -
Car wreck, with side of contractions
So on tuesday, I took anna out of school to go down to portland and have a belated birthday. We went to mall and out to lunch. About 4:30 we were returning from Clackamas mall on freeway, and were stopped in traffic. We had been stopped for a while. Out of no where, we were hit from behind. bed rest, with a side of hydration
So yesterday, out of the blue, I started bleeding, quite heavily. And it was accompanied by cramps. Drove self to hospital (as did not want to alarm our 6 year old) and me and baby got checked out. The bleeding had stopped at hospital. Had blood tests drawn and all looks good. Baby was active on ultrasound. So I got a rhogam shot (for my Rh factor ( Read more... ) -

Found out I am pregnant, and we saw and heard the heartbeat. So hopefully things will work out better this time around. Baby is due between Dec 23 and Dec 28th.
I am feeling morning, noon, and night sickness< but not complaining. I will probably get my rhogam shot for having Rh factor. I am very hopeful that this baby will make it:)
