Oh, I am so proud of you.

You did something that I'm not sure I could do, but because of your courage, I think the next time for me I will go for a midwife/homebirth situation rather than the hospital/epidural/traumatic episiotomy...that I experienced with my firstborn. You have inspired me to know that I can take charge of my own body and make those important decisions with my family, rather than my doctor.

I've been reading you since you were pregnant with Nikko (on OD) but haven't been by your diary in a very long time... congratulations! Your daughter is gorgeous and I'm in amazement over how big Nikko is.
