That's lovely! I like the way you've coloured the words of the poem to fit with the colours in the artwork. Love the blaze of light reflecting up onto his face.

Thanks Itz! The text was a pain! At first it was glaring white and jarring, then it was muted all one colour, then it was all colourful like an art poster, then finally settled on this sort of monochrome. LOL! AND I had to go font-hunting....

But in the end it all came together! ^__^

I'm very happy with how the lighting turned out for this one. Lighting faces from below is hard as you always get that "sinister" look, but it works oh so well here! And yay for hands!!!

Oh man, I was going to scrap that damn text altogether! But the drunk artists talked me out of it, LOL. And I'm glad because I REALLY wanted the text to be part of the piece, and not just a copy/paste in the artist notes.
