my father passed away late saturday night. I wasn't very close to him, seeing as how he left when I was a toddler and has been a heavy drinker and IV drug user. I still love him though. I have been on the phone with the coroner's office and funeral home in Toronto. The coroner told me that they wouldn't release any information to my dad's friends until he had permission from either me or my grandmother since we are the next of kin.
