fast food nation
so this weekend after a full week of head aches and feeling generally weird i finally broke down and called my dad who reminded me i need to take my b12 supplements and thats probably what was causing my blah feeling. so in an effort to not have to be dependent on b12 pills and be able to eat b12 fortified foods that are not meat i google searched ( Read more... ) -

tuesday, the bastard stepsister to wednesday
