Just wanted to let my three readers (including my mama) know that I am moving my blog to a wordpress blog, http://amycaseypainting.wordpress.com/ i am still tinkering with the format and what not but I've been getting a lot of spam comments here and am hoping for less of that. We will see! i will miss my mood tags though. :)

Little Thing magazine out of China featured some of my work earlier this year.
Unfortunately I can't understand the language, but they have some very lovely images in

I love the name of this Russian magazine. They were lovely and kind enough to use my work on their cover earlier this year. I believe that date under "Free Hugs" is December 2010-January 2011. Just call me a language detective.
Whoops, I seem to have cut the top edge off in the scan. gah.

In other exciting news, I have finally finished hosing down and cleaning up my house! I can walk  around and the only thing I trip on is cats. yay!

 been working on paintings for a new show at Zg Gallery in Chicago. I've been playing around with scratching into the claybord with an etching needle to pull out whites. This painting is called Steadfast Bunch, and is 36 x 36.
