I hurt my lower back somehow. I am wearing one of those thermacare things. They work pretty well if you ever need to use one. I feel like I am 100 years old. It hurts so much to bend or twist. Thank goodness I don't have to work the 2nd job tonight. I might just die ( Read more... )
