Bleh, I have a question for whoever's reading.

I could use some advice on methods of how to keep yourself from eating.  Willpower works most of the time but what else can you do?  I know a few tricks, like drinking 1L of water, a can of diet pop, chewing gum, and brushing teeth, but what do you do when that fails too?

I go and pick up the food. Read the calorie intake, decide whether I'm hungry or greedy then put it back.

I drink a cup of viniger and then since you feel sick i tell myself if i eat i have to have another cup..
