Truckn on. Made it through today with only coffee. Now i just need to get through the evening. Spring break is next week. worried about eating while on vacation with my family. Well life flows on i totally did not follow through on keeping this up. Down to 125lbs so doing ok. Joined the army in a fit of insanity :O. God help me. On the upside it really makes me follow through on the exercise portion of this. Three days a week at 5am we have army pt for two hours. Killer stuff. Went for a five mile run yesterday. I hate this I HATE hATE HATE THIS!!! WHY WHY WHY when i am finally down to 130lbs do i still have elaphant thighs! I worked on them slaved on them did hours of leg le=ifts and yet they remain!! ARGGGGGGGGGG ok goal change i'm going down to 100lbs if i go that far down them i simply can't have elaphant thighs not possibl!! SIgh its depressing :(

ok so today i recommit I tried to live without you ana and i couldn't. I am sorry. I will start eating right again only 500 cal a day or less i will exercise two hours a day i will do so many crunches my stomach hurts. And i will be thin and beautiful again.
