This weekend was Prom and I ate a shit load. I feel so gross today. I never want to eat agian. I want to wighed 99lbs again. I gained 2 lbs and confrece track is today here in my home town. So I have a problem and need some help... I can not do the calorie watching thing every single day, i do more of the watching how much food goes in thing and not how many calories it is.
