Well today went really well! I made my weight this week (5 lbs) and am off to a good start for the next. Today I ate yogurt, carrots, and celery, took all my pills, and went to the gym. I had such a good workout...it felt great. I did 45 mins of an aerobics class, then 25 mins on the eliptical, so in total burned about 700 cals. I can't wait
