I need some help here.
I weigh 123 now.
I haven't weighed that much in months.
This number is killing me.
So my new restriction plan is....
Breakfast1 cup~Farina or Oatmeal
Lunch1 cup~Soup
Dinner6 oz~FF yogurt
Anybody think this plan is going to work?
Has anybody heard about the "multiply you desired weight by 9 and that's how many calories
