i'm starting a new fast as of yesterday at 7pm so i'm currently on hour 14. ima try and go for aslong as possible, i think i can do it this time, this past few binge days has taught me alot about the way i eat.
heres todays plan:Do 100 sit ups,tidy room, go to college,Have my hair dun, come home, revise, cardio, revise, dance work out revise.
