Alright, so far today i have had 30 calories. I had a cup of coffee with creamer. I don't plan on having anything at school today, so when i come home at 3:00 i should still just be 30 calories. I am trying not to go over 500 calories today, and then i am not going to eat tomorrow. Wish me luck. With love -Ashley

Okay, so today was the first day of this fast. I only had 215 calories. I wish i didn't cut it so close but i actually did pretty good considering all day i have been surround by chocolate. Well Reese's. I love those. They are my weakness. But i am proud of myself for not eating them. I think tomorrow i might do better, because i will be home alone ( Read more... )
