Good news
So, after a couple of agonizing weeks waiting to find out if I got the job or not, they finally put me out of my misery. Yes, I got it! Yay! :) I'll have only 2 groups, which means less money than I was hoping, but it's okay. I'm quite happy. It's a good start, and maybe I'll get more next semester. The election for teacher coordinator was last Monday. There were 4 candidates to fill up 2 spots. When I saw who the other candidates were, I figured I wouldn't get in; the 2 other girls are very competent and a lot more popular than me. I confess I was disappointed. Torchwood S3:Children of Earth
Well. When I first heard S3 was going to be a 5 part miniseries I wasn't very happy about it, but I like Torchwood, so I've been waiting patiently for it. And, oh God, it killed me. Absolutely fucking killed me. I was tense and on edge through all 5 days. It's been a hell of a ride.

On religious intolerance and ignorance...
It is quite unbelievable to me how absolutely stupid some religious people are. My mom asked me a question about gay terminology, since she knows I have some gay friends, and our maid was in the kitchen with us. On being invisible...
I love my family, I really do, but most of the time when we're all together I feel utterly invisible. We don't always share meals anymore, as everyone has their own hectic schedule, but every now and then we all manage to sit down together. I'm on a roll now
Having finished my first House fic, I have now also managed to finish 2 more of my stories. Free has a final count of 27800 words (200 shy of my longest story to date), and Identity got 11000.
