It's finished!
Oh my God. I can hardly believe it. I've finished one of my House fics. It almost seems like a miracle. I've sent it off to be betaed and now I'm working on some of my other stories. I've finished another one and I'm currently adding stuff to 3 more. None of these are going to be done any time soon, but it's nice to be able to write even a little ( Read more... ) -
Vacation is nearly over
Well, my vacation is almost over. 2 more weeks and it's back to business as usual. Not that I had much of a vacation in the first place, having worked pretty hard 3 days a week. One thing I've learned. I'm not cut out for a secretarial job. Dealing with customers is a nightmare. Dealing with 3 costumers at once, plus 2 more on the phone, is even ( Read more... ) -
The semester is almost over, thank god
Only 3 more weeks and I'm free from college obligations. I can't wait.
I want to be able to start writing again, maybe finish one of the many stories that have been in limbo for ever. -
End of semester
Thank god it's nearly over. I've taken all my tests and now I only have one more paper to write. It probably won't be difficult, but I'm feeling lazy.
I might get some vacation time at work, which is good because I'm getting really tired of that job. I've discovered that I'm no good with children, and I hate having to teach them. I've been writing ( Read more... ) -

My first lesson.
I'm back after my very first day as a teacher and I'm happy to report that it all went quite well. My students are very nice, and I think they liked me. I wasn't nearly as nervous as I thought I would be, and had no big problems. I have a job!
So, after weeks of indecision, expectation and the contemplation of all pros and cons, I finally got a job. It's not the one I really wanted, but this one pays better and it's only a 5 minutes walk from my house. I'll be working in the afternoon, after I come back from college ( Read more... ) -
