First day back...and some pics

Well, I survived the first of two 'teacher prep' days back at school. The day started when I left my house at 6:05am, to pick up the woman I carpool with, and made the 20 minute drive to school for our first official Union Meeting of the year. VERY cute displays! We couldn't have put stuff like that up because we had SO many required academic bulletin boards to put up that there wasn't any room for something so cute as that! :-)))

That's an adorable bulletin board! I especially like the "Don't be crabby!", LOL!

I did an underwater bulletin board for a third grade class once. I stapled blue saran wrap over the top of it all to make it look "underwater"! I always thought doing bulletin boards was one of the most fun parts of my job as a teacher assistant!
