I figure if I record my food intake I can have better control over my situation...
BREAKFAST: 1 slice of ww bread w/ pb and jelly (120+60+30=210 cals)
2 cups of black tea (0 cals)
TOTAL: 210 cals
I'm off to the gym now for a 6-7 mile run.

this website i use, called thedailyplate.com is very helpful in terms of recording what you eat and your exercise... its simple to use and helps you keep yourself accountable.
