After breakfast and coffee this morning, I was at 300 cals for the day.

I went to the gym: -450 cals

Then I came home and binged on a bag of cookies but spit it all out before I swallowed.
I also had a diet coke (0 cals)

so, I'm guessing I'm at around -100 cals for the day today.

It's been a while, I know. I wound up dodging the hospital and actually went into recovery mode for a few weeks. I'm back up to 137 and am disgusted with that.
