I was stopped today for bying cigarettes... I mean the limit is 15 or 16 and I'm 20! Twenty!!
I ALWAYS get stopped and asked for ID whenever I buy alcohol or cigarettes:(

I've been ok today. Cried alot this morning

Just talked to my therapist who called - he wants to see me wednesday bc I felt so down and bc I cut last night. I feel like cutting again - take 20 laxies, hit myself anything to make this pain go away. I hate this

I'm hungry

can't eat - won't eat. My thoughts are killing me! I want to take care of myself and then I want to destroy myself. Hide away in my appartment, smoke cigs and cry cry cry. But I can't cry - no more.

Had an okay day today.

Eaten:

BF:1 small bun
Lunch: 1 cup of cereal 
Snack: 1/2 -bun
Dinner: coffee + 2 small slices of turkey

okay, BUT then I had 80 grams of chocolate (Maltesers) :( I dunno why bc I never ever eat chocolate but after Pilates I just craved it bad...

Work-out: 
1,5 hrs of pilates
20 min walk
danced until I sweated

I need to do some workout today but I'm at home in my flat and I can't jump. I'm thinking about my stationarybike and then some kinda dancemoves and diff. exercise for my body
