Busy would be an understatement since I started working at the gym.......not that I'm complaining as I've had an absolute blast helping others achieve their goals by being their PT.  It's not as easy as it sounds and shadowing Ryan for a couple of days was an eye opener  as everyone's needs/goals are different.  Not that I didn't know that already ( Read more... )

Amazing birthday weekend for our daughter as we celebrated on Saturday having both families over for lunch with around 20 of us having so many laughs......such a great time and making so many wonderful memories!

And just like that, a year has gone by with many more birthday celebrations to come.

One year ago we welcomed Sophia into this nutty world of ours and it's hard to believe that a year has gone by already.....wow!

It's been a challenge at times, but expected with a newborn and no one said that raising kids was 'easy', in fact, it's the hardest job one could have.

We were invited to a Halloween party a few weeks ago for this Saturday, but some things are more important, most notably our daughter turning one tomorrow with us having our family over to celebrate that night.  Second year in a row that I'll be missing a Halloween party as last year I had just given birth and was in no shape or form to attend ( Read more... )
