The recording of weight has to be the worst tradition anyone has ever thought up ever. I mean what.

It gets worse. From time to time Alumni decide they're going to buy one of the blades for the boat club, and the boat club puts it on the wall in the boat house, and so then, you don't just get your team mates and their friends and families knowing your weight forever, but you get the entire boat club (and your college since everyone comes down to the boat house to watch VIIIs) being able to see your weight for like the next fifty years.

Do they seriously still put weights on the blades? I thought that tradition was well in the past.

I'm not answering your poll, though, because I think it's an impossible question. Even people with a sense of what different weights look like on different frames can't accurately guess people's weights. I mean, having seen me, what would you say I weigh?

I know what you mean about it being an impossible question (I am actually quite bemused by the poll results), I'm trying to find out what I can get away with without everyone knowing I'm lying (or at least, lying more than you are expected to lie).
