1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
Ya know, I don't think I've done anything this year that I've not done before. Weird. Well, there are a few days in the year left. I better get busy.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Unlike porphyros_petal, I DO remember my New Year's resolutions and no, I ( Read more... )

Sky diving? Damn you're one crazy chick Rois. I would NEVER in a million years have the balls to sky dive. My boyfriend begs me constantly to take classes but I'm deathly afraid of heights.

Thanks for sharing your year's reflections. I hope your 2005 proves to be better than the last!

LOL I am one crazy bitch, erm, I mean chik, indeed. LOL I've always wanted to give it a go but didn't have money for classes, etc. myself. This would have been a sponsored thing... and for Guide Dogs whom I owe so much to because they gave me Drew.
And I hope your year, and every year to come, gets better than the one before it.

I just read this and I wanted to say that I am absolutely
OBSESSED with the song "Run" by Snow Patrol right now.
I didnt hear it until just recently, but I listen to it at least once a day.
The entire album is pretty great, but that song is gorgeous.
Gorgeous, I say!

It IS incredible! They're actually a local group, too (for me), seeing as they're originally from Belfast. I've actually not heard any of their other tracks but I intend to buy the CD. I'll (illegally) download tracks without the slightest bit of guilt as I know that I'm not doing anyone out of money because I wouldn't go buy the singles or the CD's anyway. It is only when I like a particular song or group that I make a point of purchasing the album (or single) in order to support them thus ensuring that I hear more of their stuff in future.
Anyway, rant over. LOL
Back to the topic at hand. 'Run' is a FANTASTIC song. I've been known to listen to it repeatedly for hours at a time.
