yeah, but mums always say that. its up to you, really. i say if youre really worried about her getting mad, wait until youre 21. she doesnt really get a say then. but if you dont really care, then do it anyway. if you wear socks she wont see it anyway, but i dont want to sound like im just knocking her opinion aside. my mum and i had similar conversations.
no, i totally know what you mean. I don't think she'd be really pissed off at me if I did anyway. She might be like "umm.... I don't like it..." but oh well. I can live with that. Because it won't matter what I get, she won't like anything. haha. I think I'll get it, but not until later this semester probably.
Well your mother's lack of approval aside, I think you should go for it. I got mine like my third weekend up here and I haven't regretted it even for a second. Mine hurt a lot, but it was on my back so I don't know how different an ankle tattoo would feel, but the pain definitely went away by the next day (all that was left was a little stiffness). Good luck in making your decision :)
I have one on my ankle... it's not that bad... It does hurt, but it's over quickly. Hell, if I can go through it then anyone can. Even Jackie got one done for her ankle as well and she hates needles more than I do. I say go for it! I have two now and want more :) I hope all is well
heehee Jon's listening to beethoven's last night. I so listened to that while writing my english paper last week.
As for the tattoo, I say go for it. Not that I ever would with my deathly fear of needles. -shudder- sure your mom may not like it but can you really expect her to like everything you do in your life. If you want it, get it, it's not like she has to look at it all the time, and technically you could get away with her not knowing for... hmm... a while at least.
