I have an appointment to see my doctor again on May 8th, and I think I need to tell him that for the past week or two my index finger has been twitching. So, since for the last 3 or so years I've been getting Barnes & Noble gift cards from my boss for birthdays and Christmas, I hinted today BIG TIME how much I love Target!
