Drabble Post

I haven't dropped off the face of the earth; I've just fallen into university and I can't seem to get out. Two Nick/Sara drabbles are about as much as I can manage at the moment. Both G-rated, word count is exactly 100 words each.

These were really good. I loved how you were able to do so much with only one hundred words.

It's an odd format for me; I'm usually a little wordy. I'm really glad you liked them, though, thanks!

Thanks :D

I like your username, by the way. Wheel of Time-related, no?

LOL. Yes. Back in the days when I was still trying to get through the series. Still haven't done that...

Heh, me neither. Read 1-9 and halfway through book 10 back when it first came out, but no further. Not that anything important had happened since about book 5... *eyeroll*

Like it was said before, I love how you manage to tell a little story in just 100 words. The shortness just seems to fit.

Nice. I can definitely see Sara straightening her hair as an act of control rather than vanity. And I like the idea that Nick doesn't want children because of what he sees on the job - he gets a lot of the brutal kid-related cases, doesn't he?

Apologies for being way late on replying, and thanks as always for your comments. Poor Nick - I don't think there's anyone on this show who had a really great childhood, but his was probably one of the better ones and now he gets stuck with all the kids whose lives ended in the worst possible ways.
