I've been telling Keith that my goal is to live forever. I went to the dentist yesterday and got my stats, or whatever they're called.
My resting pulse is 49.
My blood pressure is 103/53 or something to that effect.

I am bionic. I am one step closer to living FOREVER.

Running is the miracle exercise.

Generally, the smaller/shorter you are, the lower your blood pressure will be, just btw.

Yes, well I'm short, but I'm not small- I weigh 140. Low blood pressure runs in my family. What I'm happy about is my pulse.

Maybe it's only in Texas, but all doctors are required to give you your vitals- dentist, OB-GYN, etc. Except for optometrists, though, interestingly.

The idea is, not many people get their check-ups, so they need to screen everyone at every appointment in order to catch things.
