I've adopted a virtual pet, which I've named Plotbunny! You can feed him by clicking the 'more' button and giving him a carrot, or (even better) write him lots of luverly V/O slash!!!

Back at last! My friend from the UK has finally gone home, and life can now get back to normal (or as near normal as my life ever gets!). He's a very sweet guy, and a fantastic person, but I've realised he may well be too old for me (we're the same age). Haven’t been very sociable lately - had some serious trauma at home. A couple of weeks ago my 16 year-old daughter was out with her father at a function to celebrate his ‘local’ being open for one year. Been offline for a while - phone lines were hit by lightning during some of the incredible storms we've been having lately. Most of Joburg is damp/wet/flooded or just plain nasty at the moment! After two weeks of no PC, which ended up with a complete hard drive format and re-install, I'm finally operational again!
