So, I basically have lost Sharon. Of course, she promises that she'll come back but I'm not holding my breath. Even if she does come back, its not going to be the same girl as the one I was so intoxicated with. Its so easy to fall into the trap of complaint - I remember reading that complaining almost seems to be the basis for human interaction; people whine about what doesn't go right, about how life is unfair, about how they ought to get that raise or that job or whatnot, but somehow it just doesn't happen. Marathon Writing...
Because writing 6500 words in a single day makes me strong and happy. Then again, if I didn't have to wait until the very last day of the deadline, I wouldn't have to panic like this and do it in the first place. -
People and persons.
Its strange.
I have rather successfully led groups and changed the outcome of events for hundreds - even now, I'm unusually effective in any position of leadership. But can't deal with individuals in any sensible way.
I understand people, but not persons.

Faulting myself...
For a variety of reasons, I fault myself when things do not work out exactly as I hope them to be. If an initiative goes bad, I blame myself for leading it poorly. If a friend finds himself stuck in an hopeless situation, I blame myself for not doing more to extricate him from it.
