Can I ask why you chose Caroline?

Hmm. I think I know who I have to eliminate :p

I was thinking of the names of people in my family (my mum is called Carol) and it just felt right somehow. Wanted something fairly common but not too common, which I think Caroline is. If I'd been born with girl bits I'd have been named Margaret (my sister is stuck with that now), can't do much worse than that :)

I think you've missed a trick there not formally adopting "Mandy" as your monica moniker. Still, Caroline's a nice name, and - unlike some people we could re-name - there aren't already, like, fifteen of them in the social circle.

Not going to go with a name coined by some internet wag (Bassmonger if I recall correctly)! I don't especially like the name Mandy anyway.
