Tomorrow marks two months of living full time in female role, time has flown. I wasn't intending to go full time the day I changed my name but it just kind of happened. My new housemate (rabbiter) is looking for a bunny, specifically an older one that needs rehoming. Does anybody know of a rescuey type place that has bunnies? Or anybody needing to rehome one?

Went to see a solicitor thursday and changed my name by Statutory Declaration. I am now legally Caroline :) \o/ Even went out dressed femaleish which was terrifying (liquid courage ++) but not one person even looked at me twice. I went in pretty confident, told him what my plans were, then he asked me a few questions basically to check I was transitioning for the right reasons. Well I told my step-dad (terrifying!) and he was really good about it. Was obviously a suprise but he basically said 'if you need to do it then you should do it'. Not something he'd be comfortable to talk about much so he'll probably just leave it to mum to discuss the details with me, which is fine as far as I am concerned. \o ( Read more... )
