I'm a little perturbed...

This morning a patient's family member- out of the blue, mind you- yelled at me about the air conditioning not working. This was 7AM. The patient had been comfortable all night. I went into the room after the son stormed off and the patient was still comfortable. I have been taking excellent care of this patient and
