I turn the washing machine on and it self destructs, flooding the kitchen which appears to be taking up the tiles and generally wrecking the floor. Now I need a new washing machine , a new kitchen floor and some clean clothes for next week at work.

Today two idiots broke in through my back door. Fortunatly one of my neighbours saw them and called the police. Nothing was stolen and they have both been nicked. Unfortunatly now I have to get a new back door and make an insurance claim which means finding the paperwork I haven't bothered with for ages

Today was my last day in the office I have worked IN for six years. Despite my contempt for my managers and the organisation it was very strange leaving at the end of the day. It seems that I start my new job on the 29th of September this will be 67 days after the interview this may possibly be a new record for slowest job appointment in history .
