I've been doing a bit more exercise in the last year or so (read, I've been doing some exercise) and generally feel pretty good. I can now sustain a good pace on the push-bike, for a decent length of time. Basically, I now cycle to work once a week: it's between 15.5 and 21 miles (depending on which route I take) and it'
