I couldn't even remotely comprehend what she was saying. Something about needing more maps, and helping out South Africa and Iraq? Or South Africa and Iraq helping out with maps? Or something to do with South Africa and Iraq?

This longer video starts with that question and has one more for each of the top 5 finalists:

I think I know how South Africa and Iraq came to be mentioned there. Those are the only two countries beside the US that Miss SC can place on the map and she wanted to show that off. See, she had a 30 minutes lull in the morning (while her nails were drying, cause you can't do your hair when you just did your nails, DUH!) to study geography... 10 minutes per country sounds about right.

The video then goes on to show the first place prizes. A 24 volume leather-bound Encyclopedia Britannica would've made a great prize but Trump & Co. thought a $30k watch and modeling contract would be best. Who am I to question the wisdom of a billionaire?

Man, that culture is so f*cked... It's almost not funny anymore.

... Good lord. It's like hearing a child try to write a senior paper by opening the front of their brain and allowing the contents to sort of fall onto the table prior to having given any thought to the answer.

It'd be interesting to ask all the contestants what they see in Rorschach blots.

Is all about new generation, I think...
We should try to give them more education. I mean American teenagers...
