Awwww, I just adore this - I love Sylvia getting a glimpse of this wonderful cuddly moment. I love the image of them wrapped around each other, so peaceful. And I love that Sylvia comes to accept the change in their relationship. Gorgeous!

This is meant as a purely stand-alone fic and I can't see a sequel happening, but the prequel... I might be able to think of something. *thinks* Actually, I most definitely can! I'll see what I can do! :D

This was absolutely beautiful, what a great insight into Sylvia's mind and what a lovely moment between Donna and the Doctor. I love how Sylvia finally comes to accept their relationship and the bracelet just makes me go awwww ♥

I absolutely love the image of their entwined hands; and of course Sylvia would be this protective. It's great to see Sylvia being written as a person who is a caring mother rather than someone who is always deliberately spiteful and mean. :D

The idea of them being together like that, with their hands entwined, was the core of this fic, and the reason that I made up the rest. It's just such a lovely image imo =D

I initially couldn't bring myself to see Sylvia like this at all; I think they overdone bitchy!Sylvia in canon a bit. I understand why they did it, of course, and probably I just feel too much Donna's pain whenever her mother is being unpleasant to her again.
But it's interesting to explore such other sides of her, and I'm very glad to hear that you like this attempt to do so :D
