this is so beautiful! I love Sylvia, I really do. My mother is JUST like Sylvia is with Donna, so I understand Donna and I understand Sylvia. I loved that this fic made Sylvia just in the way I see her, she is just one more mother who doesn't want her daughter to make the mistakes she probably did.
Honestly, this is very very lovely. Your writing is gorgeous.

Oh yes, I have more fics! I don't want to keep that pointing out to people and I'm going to post them all at Doctor_Donna anyway, but yeah, the collection at my own journal is growing! :P
Wow, having a mother like Sylvia... I really hope that she's more like how I portray Sylvia in this fic than the way she is usually written and acted in the series! Because that would be truly horrible :(

I adore this so very much! Seeing their relationship through another person's eyes is a rare treat, and the description of them touching and snuggling together is lovely. I have to admit, I do wonder whether the Doctor or Donna will realise first that Sylvia knows after they discover the double-breakfast she smuggles in for them.
