Yay! Congrats, and don't worry - the scary will go away once you start moving in - at least it did for me last July when I bought my place. Yours looks cute! I'm sure you'll find 100 things you want to change when you start feeling like it's really yours - I'm jelous of the garage, I have a condo (b/c I'm waaaaay to indifferent to care about a lawn) and I've been wishing I didn't have to scrape my car over the last few months!
P.S. You have about 2 months before your loan starts to show up on your credit report from the time you sign. In that time I recommend getting all your appliances on one of the 12 months no intrest cards (like the Home Depot one) b/c once the house shows you might not qualify for them.
