That's an awesome idea for everyone...some people get depressed over the holiday when it shouldn't be defined by just romantic love. :D

It can be a sad day for many.
And understanding that, that is how this dinner was born.
Celebrating love doesnt need to be "romantic love" on that day - Valentines day. I know it is represented by such, however, love cannot be defined and restricted like that.
