So... not much to update on... last week I lost 3 pounds according to the weight loss challenge.  This week, I lost another 4 pounds... basically, that's about it on the boot camp front.  Can't really tell what else is changing.  I worked out on the beach last week and that was really cool!  It was a sunset.  Wish me luck for the coming weeks!

So... the Grand Canyon...
