I wish I was doing Atkins with ya because your recipes would be helpful.

Talk to ya soon. =)

Well, I'm sure you're more than welcome. The more the merrier. I'll try to write more. I just tend to be of the school of "if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything". This only applies to myself. I don't mind my friends complaining but I don't like to unload. *Hugs* Blessed Be, Angelique

My 2nd cousin (by marriage)'s mom has lost around 40lbs on Atkins in about five months or so...and even though I'm now trying to lose weight and start excerising (my illnesses make this VERY hard..) I, myself, can't do Atkins... not for any bullshit, psychological reasons, either.. I just don't digest meat well! But I've heard good things about it from alot of people..

I'm diabetic so I'm not supposed to do more than 8 ounces of meat per day. A fair amount of the time I do tofu, eggs, or cheese. I digest meat just fine but I tend to get tired of the same things over and over again. I like a lot of variety in my food. I actually know vegetarians that are on Atkins but their options are more limited. I seriously doubt a vegan would have enough food options to not be bored to death by it. Blessed Be, Angelique

Vegans..hmm... would they be left mainly with nuts? I must admit that I don't know much about it.. just my humble opinions, and I'm intelligent enough to know that those only mean anything to me! (and sometimes, not even to me!)

Nuts, tofu, soy products, that sort of thing. Vegans don't do any animal products. Lacto ovo vegatarians don't have that hard a time with Atkins. They just have to not overdo the veggies. Blessed Be,Angelique
