3 MONTHS running we have given Direct Energy a credit card number to update the credit card that expired so they could auto bill us. This is the 3rd month that they could not get their **** together and direct bill us. With himself out of the country this makes things a major PITA. We made this yesterday. It was too salty to suit me but I think Robear's wife put in twice as much salt as she was supposed to. That's what she said to me before she simply couldn't make up her mind if she had or hadn't.
